Log sorting and debarking

All logs go through the process of debarking, measurement and sorting. All materials undergo thorough quality assessment.

Production capacity: 5000 m3 / month

Log cutting

Our sawing operations are organized in two lines. The first line processes smaller , the second one – bigger diameter saw logs.

Chipping

Waste produced throughout the cutting process is transported to the grinder and used for producing high-quality wood chips and sawdust.

Production capacity: 1000 m3 for chips and 1000 m3 for sawdust/month

Lumber drying

Sawn timber is dried in modern convection-type driers.

Production capacity: 8 driers, 800 m3 in total

Lumber cutting

Boards are cut into blanks according to specified dimensions.

Production capacity: 550 m3/month

Briquetting

All processing waste is chipped and repurposed for fuel briquette production.

Production capacity: 588 t./month
